Medical Information Sheet
The Ready 4 Responders program is a practical and powerful way to help families stay prepared for emergencies and feel confident in the moments that matter most. At its core is a fridge-mounted information card that holds essential medical details like medications, allergies, conditions, and emergency contacts.
Designed by a paramedic with real-world experience, the card reflects exactly what first responders need to know and where they’re trained to look when time is critical. By eliminating confusion and providing instant access to life-saving information, it helps ensure your loved ones receive the right care without delay.
Unlike digital tools that can fail when you need them most, this simple, visible solution is always ready. Whether you live alone, support someone with medical needs, or just want to be more prepared, the Ready 4 Responders program offers peace of mind and the confidence to face emergencies with clarity and control.
What is Special About Our Medical Information Sheet
The Ready 4 Responders info card is special because it was designed by a paramedic who knows exactly what information is needed in an emergency and where responders look for it—on the fridge. It provides quick, reliable access to critical medical details without relying on phones or apps, making it faster and more effective when every second counts. Its simple, clear layout and real-world practicality offer peace of mind for families and can be licensed by organizations to support entire communities.
