At Ready 4 Everything First Aid Training, we understand that circumstances can change. To ensure a smooth process for all our participants, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us at least 1 week prior to the scheduled course date to qualify for a refund or rescheduling.
Refunds:
Cancellations made with at least 1 week notice will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
Cancellations made less than 1 week before the course will not be eligible for a refund but can be rescheduled for a future date.
Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your course, please contact us at least 1 week in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date, subject to availability.
No-Shows: Participants who do not attend the course without prior notice will forfeit their registration fee and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Group Registrations: For group bookings, please contact us for specific cancellation and rescheduling terms.
