We are specialized in certified first aid and CPR training through the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation, free introductory courses in specialized workshops, emergency planning consultations and first aid kit audits for companies and government agencies.

Intermediate (Standard) First Aid + CPR C

COST - Certification: $135 Recertification: $110

This comprehensive program covers critical topics, including recognizing and responding to medical emergencies, administering CPR for adults, children, and infants, and using an automated external defibrillator (AED).

BLS - Basic Life Support Provider(Blended or In-Person)

COST - Certification: $70 Recertification: $60

The BLS Certification course is designed to provide participants with the critical skills needed to perform Basic Life Support in emergency situations. Offered in both blended and in-person formats, this course accommodates various learning preferences.

Mask Fit Testing
